NCSE - Ethernet Switching (Retiring October 31, 2008)

Description:
This credential validates your ability to support customer networks using Nortel Ethernet Routing Switching (ERS) products.

This certification tests your knowledge and skills in the following areas for the products covered on this exam:
Network configuration parameters
Interoperability between ERS and 3rd party devices
Network management

To earn this certification, you must hold the NCSS - Ethernet Switching Configuration & Management (920-245) certification or both the NCSS - Ethernet Routing Switch 8600 (920-252)* and NCSS - BayStack Switching (920-133)* certifications.

*These exams have been retired. If you have achieved the NCSS certification prerequisite with these exams, they are still valid. If you still need to satisfy the NCSS prerequisite, you must pass 920-245.
