NCDE - Nortel Unified Communications - Converged Office for CS 1000 Rls. 5.x Planning & Engineering

This certification tests your knowledge and skills in the following areas:
· Nortel Converged Office
· Nortel Multimedia Conferencing
· Unified Messaging with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007

This certification also covers convergence technologies through the IP Convergence exam requirement.

To earn this certification, you must hold the NCDS - Communication Server 1000 Rls. 5.0 Networking Design certification or the NCDE - Communication Server 1000 Rls. 5.0 Applications Engineering certification.

You must also successfully complete one of the options listed below:
Option 1: hold the NCDS - Communication Server 1000 Rls. 5.0 Networking Design certification and complete the exams listed below.
Option 2: hold the NCDE - Communication Server 1000 Rls. 5.0 Applications Engineering certification and complete exam 920-470.
