NCSE - Communication Server 1000 Rls. 4.0

This credential validates your ability to optimize customer networks using the Communication Server 1000 Rls. 4.0.

This certification tests your knowledge and skills in the following areas:

· Maintenance
· Troubleshooting
· System Upgrade

This certification also covers convergence technologies through the IP Convergence exam requirement.

To earn this certification, you must hold the NCSS - Communication Server 1000 Rls. 4.0 I&M or the NCSS - Communication Server 1000 Rls. 4.0 Database Admin certification.

You must also successfully complete the exams listed below. We recommend you complete them in the following order:1. Technology Standards and Protocols for Converged Networks (920-804)*2. Communication Server 1000 Rls. 4.0 (920-452)

If you have passed the 920-802 IP Convergence exam, you will not be required to take the updated version (920-804) as the 920-802 will still count as credit toward your VoIP Expert certifications.
