This credential validates your ability to maintain, configure, and perform day-to-day operational activities for the Communication Server (CS) 2000 - Compact.
This certification tests your knowledge and skills in the following areas:
• Network Overview
• Hardware
• Software
• SAM21 Hardware
• SAM21 Manager
• Call Agent Manager
• CI interface
• STORM Manager
This certification also covers VoIP and convergence technologies through the VoIP Technology exam requirement.
To earn this certification, you must successfully complete the exams listed below. We recommend you complete them in the following order:
1. Technology Standards and Protocols for IP Telephony Solutions* (920-803) or Real-Time Networking (920-180) and
2. CS 2000 Compact Operation & Maintenance (920-533)
*If you have passed the 920-801 VoIP Technology exam, you will not be required to take the updated version (920-803), as the 920-801 will still count as credit toward your VoIP Specialist certifications.
