Your options for achieving this certification: To earn this certification, you must successfully complete Technology Standards and Protocols for IP Telephony Solutions* (920-803) or Real-Time Networking (920-180) and Carrier VoIP Solution Engineering & Performance (920-534).
*If you have passed the 920-801 VoIP Technology exam, you will not be required to take the updated version (920-803), as the 920-801 still counts as credit toward this certification.
