This certification also covers VoIP and convergence technologies through the Technology Standards and Protocols for IP Telephony Solutions exam requirement.In order to earn this certification, you must successfully complete the exams listed below.
We recommend you complete them in the following order:
1. Technology Standards and Protocols for IP Telephony Solutions (920-803)*
2. Communication Server (CS) 1000 Release 4.0 (920-141)
*If you have passed the 920-801 VoIP Technology exam, you will not be required to take the updated version (920-803) as the 920-801 will still count as credit toward your VoIP Specialist certifications.
